Nestled in the Mediterranean, Menorca emerges as an island of stones and troglodyte caves. Here, IsloMania isn’t just a phrase—it’s a way of life steeped in island hospitality. We aim to make our visitors feel at home, relishing both our cuisine and our distinct way of life.
Back in 1986, our family acquired this spot overlooking Cala Blanca Bay in Ciutadella. Our mission was clear: to establish a family-oriented restaurant where simple yet flavorful dishes took center stage.
Our Story Today:
Today, it’s Juan, the family’s son, who carries forward the culinary legacy. Amidst challenges, his heart remains in the kitchen. With him our story continues, resolute like Menorca’s enduring stone.
